A serious traffic collision that had closed the A143 in Haddiscoe Marshes in both directions earlier, is now open.
The incident involved a car and a motorcycle and left one person hospitalised.
An air ambulance was called to the scene and the motorcycle rider was unconscious when paramedics arrived on the scene, although the man has since regained consciousness.
He has now been airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and is thought to have a badly broken leg, cuts to his face and a broken arm.
The incident also involved three walking wounded who have been checked over by ambulance staff.
The A143 was closed between Low Road in Haddiscoe and Station Road in St Olaves because of the crash, and although now open, Norfolk Police are advising other drivers in the area to be cautious.
