A star of the stage and screen who hails from Norfolk has helped those living with epilepsy with her creative talents.

Bafta-winning actress Olivia Colman, who has starred in numerous television series and films including Broadchurch, Twenty Twelve and Peep Show, is amongst a host of famous faces who have put pen to paper for Epilepsy Action's National Doodle Day.

The Norfolk-born actress and former pupil of Norwich High School for Girls and Gresham's School in Holt, created a sketch for the charity's three day eBay auction.

Her doodle, features a bunch of flowers, which she says in a note alongside them, are to say thank you to people for raising money.

The auction closed on Sunday and the doodle, which had 23 bids, raised £77.
