A 61-year-old woman who had been missing from Sheringham since Monday has been found in Ipswich.
Deidre Owens was located by Suffolk Police officers in the town centre in the early hours of this morning (Thursday) and she has now been taken to a place of safety.
She went missing from her home in South Street on the morning of Monday April 23 and there were sightings of her on a bus in Sheringham heading towards Norwich at around 5pm that day, and on Victoria Road in Diss on the morning of Tuesday April 24.
Norfolk Constabulary thanked the public, media and colleagues at Suffolk Constabulary, Bedfordshire Police and the British Transport Police for their assistance with the inquiry.
