A young rugby player who was flown to hospital after suffering from a knock to the head is now at home recovering.
The under-15s player had gone onto the pitch for Holt in their game against Lowestoft and Yarmouth yesterday when the accident happened.
First aiders at the ground tended to him at the club but when he said he was feeling nauseous they called 999.
The air ambulance arrived and took the youngster to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for a check over. He was found to be fine and sent home yesterday evening where he is recuperating.
