Firefighters were back at the scene this afternoon, Wednesday August 3, of a large gorse and bracken blaze which broke out in Cromer yesterday.
A Cromer crew was called to the site of the old zoo on Howard's Hill just after 1pm to deal with 'hot spots' following the previous day's fire, according to a spokesman.
They used buckets of water and quickly dealt with the incident which was under control by 1.15pm.
Yesterday's tea-time blaze saw flames come within 20ft of homes.
