The B1150 Constitution Hill which was blocked off at the Wall Road junction while police and ambulance crews attended to a cyclist injured in an accident with a car, is now clear.
A Norfolk Constabulary spokesman said the cyclist was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with minor injuries to a leg suffering following the accident at 7.45am.
