Two people have been hurt in a rush-hour crash on Taverham Road in Drayton.
Police were called to the collision at just before 7.20am.
One of the people injured was a bin collector doing their rounds, who was involved in a collision with the moped.
Police said a pedestrian and a moped were involved, and two people were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The road was closed until 8.05am.
