The B1108 Watton Road has reopened following a crash involving two cars between the junction at Wymondham Road, Carleton Forehoe and the village of Barford this morning.
Traffic was being diverted along local routes while both vehicles - one of which was rolled - were recovered and debris cleared from the road.
At 7.23am Norfolk Police and ambulance crews attended.
Norfolk fire and rescue attended at 7.43am and made the scene safe, using granules to soak up fuel that had leaked from the cars.
East of England Ambulance service have since confirmed that two people are currently being treated at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. A spokesman said that the pair were 'awake and alert, conscious and breathing' at the scene.
