The A47 between Swaffham and King's Lynn has now re-opened after a crash which closed the road for more than an hour.
Drivers faced long detours after a crash closed the road in both directions. Norfolk fire service said crews were called after a car collided with a tree next to the A47 at West Bilney, near Narborough.
One person was been cut free from a car, which reports said had overturned. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
