The A140 was blocked near Swainsthorpe this afternoon after a two-car crash.
Fire crews were called just before 2pm to a report of a car flipping over and a driver trapped.
When they arrived they discovered a Ford Fiesta Zetec and a Renault Megane had been involved in the crash near the garden centre at Swainsthorpe.
They helped the ambulance service with casualties.
Police diverted traffic and closed the road for 90 minutes and two casualties were taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
