The lines which once carried holidaymakers to Sunny Hunny are long gone. But the signal box in North Wooton, which once presided over the start of the Lynn - Hunstanton branch line, still stands.

Used briefly as a scout hut until more suitable accomm-odation was built next door, the 14th King's Lynn Wootons troop now wants shot of it.

Scout leader David Smith said the box had even failed to find a buyer on Ebay.

Elsewhere, the last surviving signal box from Dereham Station goes up for auction in Norwich on July 20.

If you'd like a signal box, call Mr Smith on 07961 545552.
