Around 12 homes have been without power for hours due to a fault with an underground cable.
The power cut, in the Sheringham area, was reported at 1.27am this morning (Saturday, November 4) and UK Power Networks said it expected the problem to be fixed between midday and 1pm.
The authority said it might have to dig up part of a road to carry out repairs.
