Two people who were in a car crash in Hethersett in the early hours of today (Sunday) had to be freed by firefighters.
The crash happened in Norwich Road at about 4.30am, when the car smashed into a lamppost.
Fire crews from Hethersett and Earlham were at the scene by 4.38am and use hydraulic rescue equipment to free the two people trapped in the car.
The road was blocked while the firefighters released the injured pair, while police and ambulance also attended.
Police said the pair suffered minor injuries. Emergency services had left the crash scene by 5.30am.
