Two people have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn after a crash between two vehicles.
The accident happened near the B1155 cross roads at Burnham Overy Town, near Wells-next-the-sea.
A Peugeot 307 and a Toyota Picnic were involved in the collision.
A police spokesman said the road was closed at 4.45pm today but should now be cleared.
The patients were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Fire appliances from Wells and Hunstanton attended the collision.
