Two people have been treated for smoke inhalation after a cooker fire at a Great Yarmouth house.

Two fire crews, one from Great Yarmouth and another from Gorleston, were called to the incident on Nottingham Way just after 7pm this evening.

The fire was put out before they arrived, but they ventilated the property, while an ambulance treated two people for smoke inhalation.
