East of England Ambulance was called to a two-vehicle crash on the A47 near Wisbech at 10.17am today.
Two ambulances attended and treated five patients at the scene.
The crews took two patients, one with suspected chest pains, to Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
A ambulance spokesman said their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
