Two men were punched and knocked to the ground during an assault on Watton's High Street at the weekend.
It happened between 1.10am and 1.25am on Sunday.
The victims were followed by a large group of men while on their way home from a night out.
Once on the ground, they were kicked several times and left with cuts and bruising.
Norfolk Police are appealing for witnesses. Anyone with information should call PC Donna Flannagan on Watton police station on 0845 456 4567 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
