Two injured in Gorleston crash

Police have closed a road following a two car crash in Gorleston.

Emergency services, including firefighters from Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, were called to Brasenose Avenue just after 3.30pm.

Two people were treated at the scene for separate neck and chest injuries and were taken to the James Paget University Hospital for further assessment. Their injuries are not thought to be serious.

The road has been closed and drivers are being diverted via Middleton Road.
