Emergency services were called to help two passengers who were travelling in a car that left the main A1065 Swaffham to Fakenham road today.
The lunchtime accident happened between Hempton and Toftrees.
Fire and rescue service crews from Fakenham, Swaffham and Dereham were called to the scene. A spokesman said they used hydraulic equipment to free one of the victims and made the scene safe.
The East of England Ambulance Service said two passengers, both elderly, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn, to be treated for minor injuries.
There were no reports of any other vehicle being involved.
