Emergency services were called to a crash on the B1113 at Wreningham, near Wymondham.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash, which happened close to the junction with the Norwich Road.
A red Fiat 500 and a silver Honda Jazz were involved in the crash, which happened just before 3pm.
Part of the road is blocked, but it is not believed anyone has been seriously injured. Police, firefighters from Sprowston and ambulance crews went to the scene.
