Motorists were forced to take avoiding action after a two-car crash blocked part of a busy city road.
The blue Peugeot 508 and Chevrolet Matiz vehicles were involved in the collision in Rouen Road, in Norwich, close to the entrance of the street's car park.
Police were called to the scene at 2.14pm and are still at the scene.
The crash caused visible damage to the Chevrolet's front wheel but no-one was injured.
