Two-car crash near Methwold leaves two in hospital

Two people were taken to hospital following a two-car crash this morning (Tuesday).

The fire service, police, a land ambulance and the East of England Air Ambulance were called to the accident between a Honda Accord and a Peugeot 306 at 9am, near Cranwich Heath, between Mundford and Methwold.

One woman in her 60s suffered head and neck injuries, while another had chest pains. Both were taken to hospital by land. Their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening.
