Two people were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, in King's Lynn, with minor injuries after a two-car crash near Fakenham.
The collision happened on the A1065, near Weasenham, at the junction with School Road, yesterday just before 12.45pm.
A blue Vauxhall Astra and silver Nissan Micra were involved and according to a Norfolk police spokesman four people were involved. They added the road was not blocked.
Firefighters from Great Massingham, Swaffham and Fakenham were called, as well as paramedics and the police.
