One person sustained a neck injury following a two vehicle crash on the A47 at North Burlingham.
A fire crew from Acle was called to reports of a casualty in a vehicle following the crash which happened at just after 2.40pm today and provided scene safety.
A spokesman in the Norfolk police control room said the crash happened in the Norwich-bound carriageway near to the turn for South Burlingham.
He said an ambulance was called to treat one person who was complaining of neck pain.
