Two men admitted drug dealing charges when they appeared at Norwich Crown Court.
Hilton Mhandu, 23, from Wembley, London, admitted conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and a kidnap charge and Martell Randall, 26, also from London, admitted conspiracy to supply Class A drugs and false imprisonment.
The two men had been due to stand trial but offered pleas.
Judge Anthony Bate adjourned sentence until November 25 for reports.
