Twelve cars were broken into on a garage forecourt by thieves who removed their stereos.
Eight Sony CD players were stolen from Hyundai cars parked on the Kingswall forecourt in Bergen Way, on the North Lynn Industrial Estate, on Friday night.
Around £1,000 damage was caused to each vehicle in the process. Police are appealing for anyone who saw activity in the area between 7.30pm on Friday and 8.30am on Saaturday.
