A 67-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital after a large tree branch fell onto him.
Emergency services were called to the premises of Princess Cruisers, in Bridge Street, Loddon, shortly before midday today (Friday, January 14).
It is believed the man had been up a ladder and was trying to cut the branch with a chainsaw when the accident happened.
Fire crews were called out to help free the casulty, while the ambulance service sent a rapid response vehicle and land ambulance to the scene.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance airlifted the man to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
A spokesman for the EAAA said: 'He had chest injuries, which were potentially very serious.'
