Bus and train passengers face chaos today as snow affects services.

First Eastern Counties is unable to run the following services in Norwich:

16/19A - Queens Hills Estate. Services will terminate at Sainsburys.

19/20 - Lodge Farm Estate. Services will operate via Dereham Road only.

21/22 - West Earlham. Services operating via Earlham Green Lane only. No service to Malbrook Road, Wilberforce Road, Rockingham Road, West Earlham Shops and Hutchinson Road.

35 Northfields Estate. Service will operate via The Avenues in both directions.

All remaining services are running normally but with severe delays.

Delays have also been caused to First buses in Bury St Edmunds, Great Yarmouth, King's Lynn and Lowestoft.

Most services operated by Anglian Bus are running normally but with 20 minute delays although some minor roads will not be served.

The 999 is running a limited service but cannot currently serve Gertrude Road, Silver Road, Mousehold Street, or Peckover Road/Leng Crescent, the 121 can only serve Greenways at Eaton and the 004 cannot serve Denton. The 003 has also been disrupted.

Konectbus is running all services bit with delays.

Sadie Jennings, 21, a digital marketing intern who works in Norwich, said: 'I caught the bus at 7am from Melton Constable and I didn't get to work until 9.45am.

'We spent nearly an hour stuck in traffic in Horsford. Normally the whole journey takes an hour and a quarter. It's not the bus driver's fault, everyone was stuck.'

Meanwhile, train services have also been affected by the weather. The 10:50am Lowestoft to Norwich train, due at 11:26am, has been revised. The train will have one coach instead of two due to an earlier train fault.
