Firefighters were called to rescue a man whose hand was trapped behind a radiator last night.
Crews were preparing to go to an address in Sprowston, but while the man was speaking to Norfolk Fire and Rescue control he managed to free himself.
The fire service was called shortly after 7pm on Friday, but stood down before they arrived, when they man told them: 'I'm free now.'
