A popular attraction will step back in time for a special event this weekend.
A mid-May 40s weekend will take centre stage at the East Anglia Transport Museum on Saturday and Sunday.
The transport museum, based at Chapel Road in Carlton Colville, will take 'a wonderful look back at the roaring 1940s' between 11am and 6pm on Saturday and 11am to 5pm on Sunday, May 14.
A spokesman for the transport museum said: 'There will be a free park and ride service and bus services running to Lowestoft and Beccles using period buses, along with visiting vehicles of the era on both days. There will be trade stands and our barbecue in the park, plus the early evening running of our vehicle fleet on Saturday in the unique setting of the museum, as well as the sounds of the music playing and dancing.
'This is a weekend of fun and nostalgia not to be missed and there will be a price concession for those coming in costume.'
