Trains were delayed between London and Norwich today while a Lowestoft to Norwich service was cancelled on the fourth morning of Abellio taking over the Greater Anglia rail franchise.
The 7.35am Lowestoft to Norwich train was cancelled because of a train fault and the 7.27am Lowestoft to Ipswich service was reduced to a single-carriage train.
A bus service ran between Woodbridge and Ipswich to make up for the reduced service.
A Greater Anglia spokeswoman said: 'We apologise to our customers for the inconvenience this caused.'
Trains travelling from London to Norwich this morning were also delayed because of a problem with line-side equipment.
