There are traffic light problems at the A47 Thickthorn roundabout this morning.

A Norfolk police spokesman said the Wymondham-bound traffic lights coming from Norwich city centre are currently out and causing some disruption.

He said police were monitoring the situation and waiting for Highways to attend to fix the lights.

But the problems have been praised on twitter for easing traffic at Thickthorn.

David Powles tweeted: 'Most of Thickthorn roundabout traffic lights out today. Of course the traffic is running more freely than normal.'
