Koblenz Avenue is known for delays.
There were delays in Norwich this afternoon after the failure of two sets of traffic lights in the city
Queues built up at the lights on Koblenz Avenue at the junction with Canary Way.
There were also delays on the A140 Cromer Road at the junction with Aylsham Road.
A spokesperson for Norfolk County Council said they were aware of the problem and sent engineers to the affected sites.
