Staff at Thurlow Nunn in Yarmouth raised �500 for Comic Relief by supporting the Red Nose Rally.
Mark Tweed, Richard Tatford and Barry Willson, directors of Vauxhall Finance provider GMAC UK, were challenged to visit the most northerly, easterly, westerly and southerly dealerships on mainland Britain and Griffin House within 60 hours for Comic Relief in a Vauxhall Insignia VXR.
The most easterly dealership was Thurlow Nunn in Station Road, Great Yarmouth, where they were challenged to have a 10-minute paddle in the sea. Thurlow Nunn also contributed �10 per car sold on Red Nose Day and matched a staff donation for wearing red with the total rounded up to �500.
The challenge was 1,830 miles and the original target was �1 per mile for fund-raising. It started in Cardiff at 7.30am on March 16 and got back to Cardiff at 7.15pm on March 18 including 40 hours of driving in four-hour stints for each driver.
Altogether the fund-raising challenge has topped �5,000.
