A man has been arrested on suspicion of obstructing the railway with intent after a standoff at Ipswich station which halted trains between Norwich and London.
Network Rail shut power to the train lines last Friday while a man was on a roof at the station for seven hours.
The disruption affected an estimated 10,000 rail passengers, delaying performers and festival goers at Latitude and causing cases at Norwich Crown Court to be adjourned because lawyers could not attend.
A spokesman for British Transport Police said man in custody is speaking with officers.
