Two organisations which focus on personal service and individuals and share the same core values, the Jeesal Group and Dingles Motor Group, have formed a new business-to-business partnership.
Jeesal Group is a family-founded, award-winning service for people with developmental disabilities and provides mental health rehabilitation. Established 30 years, it provides a complete care pathway for adults with learning disabilities and associated needs.
The Subramanian and Akman families partnered to provide the largest independent care provider in Norfolk for developmental disability services with sites at Cawston Park Hospital and Kelling Park and a portfolio of Jeesal Residential and Domiciliary Care Services. The business's core values are 'We provide, we support, we care'.
The Jeesal Group shares many of the core values as Dingles Motor Group, another family-centred Norfolk business, not least placing the individual at the heart of the business.
Founded in 1919, Dingles is a family-run business which has provided quality vehicles to its loyal customers for nearly a century. The team shares a common goal of complete satisfaction, ensuring the customer always receives quality, friendly and an award-winning service.

Affinity partner terms have been given to Jeesal Group staff so they receive specialist offers at Dingles Hyundai.
Tugay Akman, CEO of Jeesal Group, said: 'We have been investing in green technologies and, as part of this program, we need to replace our older vehicles. We always look to partner with local firms, where possible, and we were impressed with the professionalism shown by Dingles Hyundai and we are proud to have them as our business partners.'

John Dingle, managing director of Dingles Motor Group, said: 'I was extremely pleased when Nolan Cook, my Hyundai fleet sales manager, informed me of the deal he had concluded with Jeesal Group. They are the kind of business that we really like to partner with – a family-run, Norfolk business with true customer care. It is also great that we will be able to offer the staff of Jeesal Group, the Hyundai Affinity Scheme so it's win-win for everybody.'
