Motability customers can be sure of receiving outstanding customer service from local dealer Dingles Toyota as it celebrates winning a regional award for its work with the Motability Car Scheme.

The accolade is part of a new programme to reward local Motability dealerships that provide outstanding customer service in their area.

The new dealer awards programme is designed to ensure all Motability customers receive exemplary customer service across the dealer network. The awards are judged on how a dealer delivers the scheme to customers, which is assessed by customer feedback and reviews of their Motability performance. All quarterly award-winners are entered into the new national, annual awards.

Peter Wilson, general manager dealer relations at Motability Operations, said: 'As the 'shopfront' of the Motability Scheme – and, in many cases, the first contact point for our customers – the focus of these awards is to thank our dealer partners for providing an ongoing positive customer service experience.
