A car and cyclist crashed on Bluebell Road in Norwich this morning.
The cyclist has been taken to hospital with facial injuries, but their condition is not thought to be serious.
The driver of the car was not injured.
Emergency services were called to the incident near the slip road to Newmarket Road at 7.41am and are still at the scene.
The A11 Newmarket Road in Eaton is partially blocked and the slip road is closed northbound at the Bluebell Road junction.
