A broken down lorry has partially blocked a major road in Norwich.
The lorry has broken down on the A140 Guardian Road in Norwich today (Thursday, December 22) creating slow moving traffic and congestion at the Bowthorpe Road junction.
Meanwhile motorists in the city centre might experience problems at Rose Lane where there has been a traffic light failure at the junction with Prince of Wales Road.
