Lane closures on the A11 continue during October as preparation work continues on the Fiveways to Thetford dualling and improvement scheme, ahead of the main construction starting in early 2013.
Work to remove vegetation along the route of the scheme, to install project signs and to provide access for construction vehicles, will be carried out from October 9 for three nights between 8pm and 6am on the approach to Fiveways and Thetford roundabouts. The clearance work will require lane closures, which will be clearly signed.
Additionally, the B1112 is due to be closed between the A1101/B1112 and A1065/B1112 junctions for three weeks from October 15.
