There are long traffic jams in Great Yarmouth either side of the Haven Bridge after it got stuck for around half an hour this morning.
The crossing has now reopened but there are still long queues throughout the town.
The bridge was jammed in the up position meaning traffic could not get from Southtown Road into town or from South Quay towards Gorleston.
Around two dozen people waited either side to cross the bridge by foot.
One man complained that they had been stranded and did not know when he would be able to get back home.
