The tourism organisation for Great Yarmouth has paid tribute to Caister holiday site owner Don Peers, who died after being trapped under heavy machinery at Grasmere Caravan Park.
Greater Yarmouth Tourism and Business Improvement Area tweeted: 'It is with deepest sadness that we have learned about the death of Don Peers.
'Don was a stalwart member and supporter of the GYTA and subsequently the GYTABIA.
'He was a deserved recipient of the GYTABIA Lifetime Achievement Award and was loved and respected by all who knew him.'
Mr Peers died in hospital on Monday after he became trapped under heavy machinery at Grasmere Caravan Park at Bultitudes Loke.
