A Norwich church has installed a life-sized tomb as part of its Easter garden.
The idea for the tomb at St Matthew's at Telegraph Lane West, Thorpe Hamlet, came from vicar the Patrick Jordan's wife Paula.
Several people in the church helped turn in to reality and it followed on from the nativity scene, which was child sized.
Churchwarden Celia Fryer said: 'We do have some great, clever people at St Matthew's. The tomb is life size so you can actually walk inside.'
The church is open every day from 9am-5pm and the Easter Sunday service is at 10.30am, with communion at 8am.
The tomb will be in the church for the next two weeks.
Meanwhile, the Lent lunch at St Matthew's raised £600 for the Bishop's Lent appeal for Papua New Guinea.
