Residents in Wymondham are being urged to make their suggestions for additions to a time capsule that will be buried to commemorate the Queen's Diamond jubilee this summer.
Staff at Rosedale Funeral Home are appealing to local people to put forward their suggestions and those with the best ideas will be rewarded with a special diamond jubilee coin.
Rosedale's Marion Baynton said that the time capsule would be buried in the civic garden near Rosedale's Middleton Street premises in Wymondham.
'Many of us won't be here in 50 years time but it's nice to think we're leaving something interesting behind. We'd like the contents to have a strong local flavour – items that will give future generations a real insight into life in Wymondham today,' she said.
