Thurton villagers will be practicing their ‘ring a ring o’ roses’ in preparation for a nursery rhyme themed flower festival.
The festival will take place at St Ethelbert’s Church from Friday, August to Sunday, August 12, opening from 10am to 6pm each day.
Those who attend will have the chance to guess the title of the flower arrangements based on its nursery rhyme theme.
The festival will also be hosting a Friday musical evening, held at the church from 7.30pm with guests, the Norwich Harmony Quartet, for a night of music, cheese and wine - tickets are £10.
Thurton Hall will join in the celebrations by providing coffee, ploughman’s lunch and afternoon teas on the Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
All proceeds raised from the festival will be in aid of Thurton Church.
