The carcasses of three sperm whales washed up in Lincolnshire have been taken to landfill sites while plans are still being put in place to remove another from Hunstanton beach.
The whale was the first of five - with four more washed ashore in Lincolnshire - to get into difficulty last Friday and come to rest on the east coast. It is likely to be incinerated.
Another carcass remains on the site of a former bombing range near Wainfleet.
