At least three vehicles have been involved in a collision on the A149.
Police, fire crews and the ambulance service are all in attendance at the scene between Hunstanton and Heacham where the road remains closed.
A woman has also been cut out of a vehicle by the fire service so she can receive medical treatment.
Traffic delays are present while the road remains closed and the King's Lynn 34 and 35 bus routes are being diverted.
