THREE people were injured in a two-car crash that blocked the A12 Yarmouth Road in Lowestoft this morning.
A red Mini Cooper and green MG were involved in the crash at the Station Road junction, near Denes High School, just after 7am.
One car hit a tree and the other hit a lamp-post.
A Suffolk police spokesman said three people were hurt in the collision and all were taken by ambulance to the James Paget Hospital Hospital at Gorleston with what were described as 'minor injuries'.
Yarmouth Road was closed for more than hour as the scene was cleared, causing diversions and delays for motorists.
The road was fully reopened at about 8.25am.
