A crash and fuel spillage has blocked Norwich Road in both directions.
A car, van and lorry crashed at the B1146 junction.
An ambulance crew treated three people for minor injuries and took them to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital. None of them are believed to be in a serious condition.
Following the crash, the vehicles were in the road and there was a fuel spillage.
Drivers faced delays and heavy queuing as the road was blocked for around two hours, on Wednesday, July 20, at around 6.20am.
A fire crew from Fakenham made the vehicles involved and the scene safe.
The Highways Agency attended to clean up the fuel spillage and the police were also present.
