A fundraiser known as the Three Peaks (Norfolk) challenge held at the end of the Sheringham Carnival raised more than £2,000 for charities and good causes.
The event on Saturday, August 12 was the third year the challenge has taken place. The five-mile route includes three of north Norfolk's highest peaks - Beeston Bump, Incleborough Hill and Stone Hill.
Spokesman Dick Grieve said: 'One hundred and twenty-eight people took part, including some serious runners.
'A big thank you to Blyth & Wright for sponsoring the prizes and for Hi-Bar Mobile Bar for organising the event. Thanks also to the carnival volunteers who stewarded and registered the entrants and to Ben Sewell, our first aider.
'Stand-outs included Leon Egmore, the manager at Sheringham Tesco, who took two hours to walk the course last year and, having shed more than 3st in weight, ran it in 50 minutes this time.'
